DDR2 1GB x 2 Graphics Card: Is it overclocked? Have no clue Operating System: and whether 32 or 64 bit Windows8 32bit. Are you running Windows 8 or Windows 8.1? They are entirely different in regard to most drivers and much of the core OS so it makes a difference. Are you using the integrated graphics or an add in graphics card? You might try reinstalling the Windows 7 32 bit drivers, make sure they are the 32 bit drivers, after uninstalling the current drivers. Sometimes just reinstalling the drivers corrects resolution issues.
I don't see that there are any Windows 8 or 8.1 drivers available for that motherboard from the Intel website.
