I have also recently tried to use the e-voucher that I got with Maschine and it said 'voucher cannot be used as their are no qualifying products.' This company appears professional from the advertising and website that they have but they are THE most useless company I have ever dealt with. Why they can't just put something on their website apologising for the delays is beyond me, wouldn't that be standard practice to inform paying customers of what the situation is?
