I guess you are looking for a Protocol convertor from PROFIBUS-DP to MODBUS or from PPI to MODBUS. Unfortunately this requires an extra piece of equipment, another card, and it is not easy to find it.

I know Telvent is working on a Protocol convertor from MODBUS to PROFIBUS but they convert in the PROFIBUS master, not in the slave, anyway it will be easier in the slave. I have no idea about the other port of S7-200 PPI, but I think this will be even more difficult.
