Legal regulation of public procurement in EEU The present article covers the legal regulation of the public procurement in Eurasian economic union through the lens of comparison with corresponding regulation in European Union.

More specifically, the common features of two integration organizations are being highlighted, as well as some shortcomings of the Eurasian model of regulation.
